for algebric functions we we can solve these problems without apllying these rules like if y=5x+3 find dy/dx the we solved it as y+dy/dx=5(x+dx)+3
=>by putting the value of y we get dy=5dx
hence the value of dy/dx is 5
can we do the same in these trignometric functions?????

Yes you can solve, this is called differentiation by first principle.. but it becomes too lengthy thats why we use direct results...
